Job Title: Production Lead / Production Coordinator Location: Scarborough, ME
Job Description:
Coordinate daily production activities and ensure work is completed according to build schedules.
Communicate work instructions and support operators with training and process questions.
Monitor production, quality, inventory, and daily output to meet company goals.
Perform quality and process audits, 5S audits, and inspections of products, tools, and equipment.
Identify equipment or process issues, help resolve problems, and prevent recurring defects.
Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration requirements are up to date.
Support priority production tasks, rejected component disposition, and direct manufacturing activities when needed.
Conduct daily meetings with operators and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Maintain compliance with FDA, QMS, EMS, company procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate equipment and service requests and work with supervisors, employees, vendors, and other teams.
