Production Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision tubing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Lead

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Rate: $25.00 hourly

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM until finish)

What's the Job?

• Instruct and direct machine operators to troubleshoot, set-up, and resolve equipment and tooling issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance operations and ensure proper calibration.
• Input and analyze production and packing data using computer systems to maintain workflow and report performance.
• Oversee material movement, monitor machine adjustments, and approve first-piece inspections.
• Coordinate with other shifts to ensure continuous production flow and meet scheduled shipment dates.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support team members.
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer data entry.
• Knowledge of process standards and safety regulations.
• Must pass criminal background screen and 10 panel drug test.
