Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
(5:00 AM - 2:30 PM) (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Shift TBD

- Previous warehouse, production, or lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to motivate and guide a team toward goals

- Comfortable being hands-on and assisting where needed

Your Shift on the Floor
- Lead and support warehouse production team members throughout daily operations
- Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to ensure production goals are met
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members on the floor
- Assist with training new employees and maintaining workplace safety standards
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Complete production tracking and documentation accurately
