Production Lead - Weekend

Pay: $25/hour plus shift differential

Hours: 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Friday - Sunday

Seeking a hands-on Weekend Production Lead to coordinate front-line manufacturing operations and lead a small, flexible team. This role balances technical floor leadership—covering metal fabrication, machine operation, and welding—with daily operational support alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floor Leadership: Train, instruct, and coordinate shift personnel to hit Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
• Operations & Flow: Partner with supervision to manage staffing, material flow, equipment status, and inventory prioritization.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance, resolve day-to-day production issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in manufacturing (2+ years in a lead role preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math/computer data entry skills, and the ability to interpret detailed work instructions.
• Capabilities: Experience in metal fabrication/welding environments preferred; must be open to overtime as needed.

 Pay & Benefits:

• $25/hour plus $2/hour shift differential.
