Now Hiring: Production Lead – Sink Room
MTI Baths is growing, and we're looking for a Production Lead to join our Sculptured Stone Department (Building 5, Sink Room) at our [Sugar Hill, GA] manufacturing facility. If you're a natural leader with hands-on acrylic production experience and a passion for quality and safety, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
The Production Lead assists the Production Supervisor and team in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role acts as a liaison between frontline production staff and management — coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and resolving issues in real time.
What You'll Do
- Support the Production Supervisor in daily operations within the Sink Room
- Coordinate workflow and monitor performance to meet production targets
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are consistently followed
- Serve as a liaison between production staff and management
- Identify and resolve production issues in real time
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in acrylic or composite/stone production processes
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing quality and safety standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
