What You'll Do as a 2nd Shift Production Lead:- Lead production operations across batching, filling, HPP, and packaging during the 2nd shift
- Supervise and support a production team of up to 30 employees while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved
- Monitor production flow, staffing, equipment performance, and operational metrics to meet production targets
- Resolve routine production issues independently and coordinate with on-call Maintenance, QA, or Plant Leadership when escalation is needed
- Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture
What You Need to Bring to the 2nd Shift Production Lead Role:- 3-7 years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably within food or beverage production
- 3+ years of direct leadership or line management experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Proven ability to work independently and make effective decisions without direct on-site supervision
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality #metrocareers
