Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and continuously improve standard processes related to centerline (CL) management and rapid changeovers (RCO) to ensure consistent and effective execution
  • Collaborate with production planners to optimize scheduling and efficiently manage grade changes
  • Analyze production and quality variance data to identify root causes and implement corrective action plans
  • Train and coach operators on best practices to enhance efficiency and product consistency
  • Actively support Continuous Improvement (CI), Autonomous Asset Management, and Quality Pillars initiatives
  • Manage documentation by developing, updating, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • College diploma or degree (Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, adaptable, autonomous, and effective in navigating complex situations
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI
  • Six Sigma certification – Green or Black Belt
  • Expertise in Lean Production System principles
