Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Plan, organize, and establish a recommendation for manufacturing strategies.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed
- Give oral and written instructions to employees.
- Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency
- Assist employees with process issues.
- Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency.
- Trouble shoot errors
- Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks.
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
