PRODUCTION LEADER

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support production employees to achieve daily production goals.
Ensure all production processes are followed accurately and consistently.
Learn, remember, and oversee each step of the production process.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Monitor production quality and efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist with training new employees and promoting teamwork across the production floor.
Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry, production tracking, and reporting.
Operate a forklift when needed (forklift experience is a plus but not required).
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy throughout each shift.
