 Saddle Pack Dark Meat Production Lead

Responsibility

Check with the supervisor to ensure product is running on schedule.

• Have proper equipment set up and operating properly before start up.
• Complete all necessary reports.  Enter all production numbers from floor into SAP.
• Verify QC checks throughout shift and HACCP checks.
• Ensure the line has an adequate supply of correct packing supplies
• Check metal detectors.
• Ensure the line is fully staffed.
• Replace absent partners.
• Train all new employees and monitor progress.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Computer experience is required.

Payrate: $21.10+$1.50 Shift Differential
