Performs visual verification of parts and stocks of assigned part bins. Adheres to all company policies, safety standards, single point lessons and standard work in assembly. Places appropriate parts and quantities on the chipboards with high attention to accuracy. Notifies the assembler roving parts or the Lead when parts need replenished. Maintains a clean and safe work area using the company's 5S model. Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities related to product, process, and quality either directly or by recommendation through designated channels. Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. Maintains dexterity to handle various shapes and sizes of parts and tools necessary to perform job responsibilities. Qualificationsarrow_right High school diploma or equivalent.
