Location: Alabaster, AL

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday | 4:30 PM Start

As a Production Line Associate in Alabaster, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand pick tickets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

• Read and follow pick tickets to accurately select beverage products
• Pick individual bottles and package customer orders according to specifications
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and production standards
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
