Original Little Pepi's in Hatfield, PA is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Line Associate to join our team! Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
• Inspect products for quality control and adherence to company standards
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols as required

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or food processing environment preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and sanitation practices
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or weekends if needed
