Production Line Component Assembly Technician

What you’ll own

• Assembling fundamental components with the specified tools and equipment, exactly as the work instructions outline.
• Producing entry-level products that consistently meet targets for quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications.
• Communicating promptly about expedited orders, component quality issues, and inventory record updates.
• Participating in process improvement efforts that elevate throughput and quality.
• Supporting and recommending safety practices and procedures.
• Maintaining an orderly, efficient work area.
• Recording accurate transactions and sustaining system integrity in the ERP operating system.
• Working with the team to hit shared goals and timelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Role snapshot

You will assemble, disassemble, and repair designated product lines. The right person is self-directed yet highly collaborative, grounded in basic product knowledge and production procedures, and confident with common hand and power tools.

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Hands-on familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong urgency and basic prioritization skills to meet customer expectations.
• High attention to detail and quality.
