We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves product handling, assembly, line support, and quality checks. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, repetitive tasks, and mandatory overtime.

Production Line Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
- Hang products on the line according to ticket instructions.
- Reload and maintain production line flow
- Read, process, and scan production tickets
- Pick and prepare parts from the warehouse
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy
- Assemble various types of office furniture with small hand tools.
- Assist with spot welding parts.
- Rotate between positions as needed
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Production Line Qualifications:
- Previous production or factory experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. No set out time and Saturdays will be required.
- Candidates must have steel toed boots.
- Candidates must be comfortable working with hand tools.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
