Production Line Lead
Pay Range: $24-28/hr+ (dependent on shift and experience)
Location: Johnstown, CO
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shifts Available: Day and Nights available / 12 hours shifts.

How you'll spend your time as a Production Line Lead:
• Lead a high-performing production team to ensure efficient machinery operation
• Maintain superior product quality throughout the production process

• Oversee order fulfillment from start to finish
• Manage labeling, packing, and preparation of orders for shipping
• Champion safety and cleanliness standards within the production area
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Production Line Lead:
• 2+ years of production and manufacturing experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong background in quality control
