Location: Neenah, WI

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift - 1:45 PM-10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift - 7:45 PM-6:00 AM (M-Th)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Staffing Synergies is hiring a Production Line Lead to oversee operations and lead a team on a designated shift.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a production line team to ensure quality output.
• Inspect products regularly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Train and motivate line workers.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies.
• Use WMS and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
• Minimum: High school diploma.
• Preferred: GED or 3+ years of warehouse/production experience.

Bonus Skills

• Strong leadership and communication.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with GMP and 5S practices.
