Job Opening – Production Line Team Lead | Thomasville, NC
? Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:45 PM – 4:45 AM
? Pay: $22.00 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Line Team Lead to support operations in a manufacturing facility in Thomasville.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 17–20 production employees
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are met
- Monitor workflow and address issues as they arise
- Train and guide team members on processes and procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team
