GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Procedure Implementation, Production Control, Quality Control, Regulations, Safety/Work Safety, Sanitation
Shift- Fri, Sat & Sun 3:55am - 4:05pm
Key Responsibilities include:
- Carry out production based on daily schedule or specific duties given by management
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times / Follow GMP guidelines
- Inspect all goods for quality and defects; notify QC and/or management with deviations
- Setup machinery and ensure all materials are QC approved and readily available
- Follow and enforce all SOP's & Work Instructions for filling, sanitation and operations
- Ensure all paperwork, Vorne, and whiteboards are filled out adequately and legible
- Effectively monitor production equipment
- Responsible for "on the job training" to general laborers on "Special Instructions" for individual job orders
- Notify management of any noticeable safety or maintenance issues immediately
- Reports to Production Manager
