Production Line Mechanic / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location: On-Site Manufacturing Facility
Pay: $21.00 - $22.75
We’re Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift!
We currently have three Line Mechanic I openings:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM–6:30 AM
KEEP PRODUCTION RUNNING:
We’re hiring Line Mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
If you have hands-on mechanical experience, enjoy figuring out why equipment isn’t working, and know how to get a production line back up and running, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Respond quickly to equipment issues and minimize downtime
Perform preventative maintenance
Complete equipment and production line changeovers
Operate and maintain production equipment
Prioritize repairs based on production needs
Document downtime and production information
Complete required quality and production paperwork
Follow equipment, product, quality, GMP, food-safety, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate equipment issues with supervisors and team members
Participate in required safety training
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Required:
At least 2+ years of machine troubleshooting and repair experience
Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Preventive maintenance experience
Equipment or production line changeover experience
