We’re hiring experienced Production Line Operators / Machine Operators to operate production equipment, monitor quality, complete changeovers, and help meet daily production goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
Start, stop, monitor, and adjust equipment
Complete product and production line changeovers
Monitor product quality and follow specifications
Make minor equipment adjustments to keep the line running
Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation
Identify and report equipment, product, or safety issues
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures
Work with your team to meet daily production goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 2+ years of machine operator, line operator, or production experience preferred
Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment
Strong attention to quality and detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is an active, hands-on position requiring extended standing and walking, repetitive movement, bending and reaching, and occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
