LINK Staffing is hiring a Production Line Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in the East Houston area. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for an experienced production leader who can oversee daily operations, support employees on the production floor, and help maintain quality, safety, and production goals.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily production line operations
• Assign work and provide support to production employees throughout the shift
• Train employees on production processes and safety procedures
• Monitor production quality, productivity, and workflow
• Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Complete production reports and inventory documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable monitoring production goals, quality standards, and employee performance
