What You'll Do
- Supervise daily production line operations
- Assign work and support production employees throughout the shift
- Train new team members on safety and production procedures
- Monitor production quality and output
- Make minor machine adjustments to minimize downtime
- Complete production reports and inventory documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
- 12 years of manufacturing experience
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Able to lead employees in a fast-paced production environment
