Compensation

Starting Pay: $28.00 up to 30.00

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:30/3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - Midnight

What You'll Do

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a production team while creating a safe, high-performing, and engaging work environment.

You'll:

• Lead and coach frontline production employees
• Build a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Drive production results while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Operations to solve problems and improve performance
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate business priorities
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
• Make real-time operational decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders who enjoy developing people and solving problems.

Successful candidates typically have:

• Leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, military, retail, food service, or similar environments
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with transferable leadership experience.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work in hot, cold, wet, and humid environments
• Climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Work around industrial manufacturing equipment
• Wear required personal protective equipment
