Production Line Worker Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• You've worked in production, or you're quick to learn
• Lift and stack safely - (up to) 50 lbs
• Bring focus, pride, and a solid work ethic

Job Duties

• Keep production moving by feeding machines, packing boxes, or stacking finished goods
• Check product quality and flag anything off
• Follow safety rules and wear your gear
• Work with your crew to hit shift goals
• Keep your area clean and ready for the next round

What You Will Do

As a Production Line Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Production Line Worker contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.

The Production Line Worker supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
