Location: Metter, GA

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00AM to 3:30PM

As a Production Line Worker in Metter, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic and let Staffmark handle the rest.

The Tools for the Trade

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (entry-level welcome!)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic knowledge of safety and equipment procedures
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

What You'll Do on the Line

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble, package, and label products according to quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and report any product defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production goals
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety regulations
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting or minor maintenance as needed
