Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures
• Basic math and communication skills required

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience working in food manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Experience working in fast-paced production environments preferred

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of continuous material handling and production support

Job Duties

• Load spice ingredients and raw materials into industrial mixers according to production specifications
• Safely lift, transport, and position bags of ingredients for processing
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Monitor material flow to support efficient production operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with material handling, production support, and general labor duties as assigned
• Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Support quality, food safety, and workplace safety initiatives
• Perform additional production and warehouse tasks as needed

What You Will Do

As a Production Loader you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Loader plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
