Production Logistics Coordinator — Shop Support

The mission

Keep material flowing safely and accurately so production never misses a beat. You’ll coordinate packaging, movement, and documentation for materials across our Aurora Bearing facility while learning on the job and building a long-term career.

Compensation & growth

• Starting pay: $17.50–$19 per hour, based on experience.
• Development: On-the-job training with advancement opportunities.

Core outcomes

• Precisely package and label products; ensure correct information and careful handling.
• Deliver parts to local vendors; receive, unload, and properly store incoming goods.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (truck, forklift, power pallet lifter, etc.) to move materials where they’re needed.
• Load and unload vehicles with the right equipment.
• Execute periodic cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Read, interpret, and complete production forms without errors.
• Support shop operations working with sawing, turning, and grinding machinery.

Schedule

1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What it takes

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence with shop math.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.
• Strong communicator with peers, suppliers, and plant leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
