- LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year managing shipping schedules directly to ensure punctual deliveries.
- TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW: Proficient in ERP systems for inventory management and production data, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- CONSISTENT SCHEDULE: Stable morning shift starting at 6:00 AM, averaging 40 to 45 hours weekly.
- COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION: Up to $85,000 annual base salary, plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and assembly operations, ensuring optimal labor management to achieve targets.
- Control the outbound shipping and delivery schedule to ensure timely and accurate client delivery.
- Maintain technical accuracy and data integrity in ERP systems, including reviewing BOMs and productivity reports.
- Foster team development through cross-training, adherence to safety protocols, and ongoing coaching.
- Act as a central figure for equipment optimization, implementing floor improvements to streamline processes.
