Your Impact

• Load/unload materials into machinery in line with documented specs.
• Handle materials with care to protect product quality and equipment.
• Watch machine status and promptly notify your supervisor of issues.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
• Follow safety rules and site protocols without exception.
• Track usage to support inventory accuracy and report shortages.
• Partner with teammates to achieve output targets and deadlines.

What You Need

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail; follow instructions precisely.
• Physical strength and endurance; able to lift heavy items as needed.
• Team-first communication style.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
