Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 2nd| Mon-Fri | 3pm-1:30am (Some Saturdays required)

Production Machine Operator Description:

• Operate and monitor production machinery used in precision machining of thermosets, thermoplastics, and non-metallic materials
• Perform hands-on production tasks including assembly, cutting, finishing, turning, and kitting
• Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality output
• Inspect finished parts to verify they meet strict quality and industry standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in a team-oriented environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe workplace

What we're looking for:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
