What Youll Do- Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
- Assist with general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, raking, and site cleanup
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
- Follow all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain logs for equipment use, material movement, and maintenance
What Were Looking For- Minimum 2+ years of construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Reliable and able to work weekends as required
