Production Machine Operator

The Production Machine Operator role is a full-time, entry-level position based in Hodgkins, IL, with a salary of $19.25/hour.

• Operates, sets up, cleans, and performs basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Ensures safety compliance, monitors efficiency, and maintains quality standards.
• Feeds raw materials, inspects products, and adjusts machines for optimal performance.
• Identifies and resolves production issues, follows GMPs, and reports safety hazards.
• Requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of machine operation experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
  Preferred candidates have 5-7 years of experience, manufacturing background, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
  
  Work shifts are 6am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
