Production / Machine Operator – Night Shift | $18/hr
Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off). Every other weekend required. Annual schedule provided in advance to support planning and work-life balance.
Hire Sync is hiring Production / Machine Operators for a large-scale manufacturing facility operating around the clock. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with production, machine operation, or general manufacturing experience who are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a structured environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Read work orders to determine production requirements
- Stage work areas and prepare boxes or containers
- Load and unload materials into production equipment
- Operate machine control panels and monitor production flow
- Seal boxes and containers carefully to prevent contamination
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Forklift experience preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Steel-toe boots required
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and stretching
- Continuous use of lower back and abdominal muscles
- Dexterity and strength to handle materials and equipment throughout the shift
