Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay)

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available

We're hiring dependable team members to join a growing production team in Durham. No embroidery experience? No problem. Paid training is provided. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery and production equipment (training provided)
• Load and unload garments onto machines
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Fold, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable with good attendance
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
