Resource MFG is looking for a Machine Operator in Painesville–

Second Shift 

Schedule:

• 4 Ten-Hour Shifts
• Monday through Thursday
• Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• First Shift also available: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $18.00hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team on second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting foam materials to precise specifications using saws and cutting equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut foam materials into various sizes and lengths based on work orders or customer specifications
• Operate saws and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure and mark materials accurately using a ruler or tape measure
• Verify finished products meet required dimensions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report equipment issues or material defects to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to accurately read and use a ruler or tape measure
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, simple fractions)
• Ability to safely operate a saw or willingness to be trained
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
