Manufacturing Night Shift Position

What you'll be doing:
- Operating and supporting production machinery on the night shift
- Checking product quality throughout the job and flagging any issues
- Packing finished product into cartons and stacking on skids
- Assisting with machine jams, setup, and general troubleshooting
- Keeping your machine and workspace clean and organized
- Completing production paperwork and communicating shift updates
You might be a great fit if you:
- Show up on time and follow through - every shift
- Pay attention to the details and take quality seriously
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Are comfortable standing for most of a shift and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Have any background in manufacturing, warehousing, or production - but it's not required
