Production Machine Operator
This job involves mixing powders using industrial machines, monitoring and programming machines, adjusting measurements and overall quality control.
Pay: $20.00/hr for daylight and evening shifts.
$20.35/hr for second shift- 3pm-11pm
$21.50/hr when working the overnight shift- 11pm-7am * This shift is available depending on production needs!
Schedule: Monday-Friday
You need to be avialable to work all shifts but they like to keep you on one steady shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers to process magnesium materials according to customer specifications. (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control production processes, perform required measurements and tests, and adjust equipment settings to ensure right-first-time quality products.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, notify maintenance or team leaders when issues arise, and assist with equipment repairs as needed.
- Accurately document production activities, including log sheets, raw material usage, and material calculations, ensuring complete and accurate records.
- Understand customer and product requirements and make necessary process adjustments to ensure full compliance.
Temp or hire position. Candidates are hired on by the company, if they are a good fit for the job and are reliable.

Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for the full shift, and push, bend and lift at least 50 pounds as needed.
- Must have a GED or equivalent high school diploma
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred, not required
- Must have 6 inch high, steel toed boots for day one
- Must be able to drug screen and background check requirements
