Production Machinist Position Summary
Following predetermined procedures, duties will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Good understanding of ESD controls, resistance welding, working under microscopes, soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, assembly, and packaging techniques, as well as handling of classified assemblies.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the position.
Education and Years of Experience:
Must work independently, produce quality parts, and be able to inspect own work. Must have training in CNC machining, inspection techniques, and shop safety. Requires experience with handling precision machine parts, metal finishes, and assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations. Ability to communicate in English.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Machining equipment as listed above, as well as inspection instruments, calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.

Pay Range: $23.75/hr to $39.55/hr Participation in Annual Incentive Program Benefit & Retirement Plans
