Pay:$18.00/hour during training → $20.00/hour after successful training and department certification. Department Testing on the machinery you are trained on.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Nesco Resource is hiring 10 Production Machine Operators who are eager to learn CNC machining. No CNC experience is required—we're looking for dependable, coachable individuals who want to grow their manufacturing career.

What You'll Do

• Learn to operate CNC machines
• Load and unload parts
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift to 35-40 lbs.
