    Manage, lead and coordinate the assembly/test, service and shipping departments.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Manage the "customer end" of the business, i.e. the operation from assembly and test through shipping including service.
    • Direct and lead the premier customer service efforts necessary to meet our Division and Group goals.
    • Schedule production to meet customer demand as measured by inventory, months supply, on-time delivery and production throughput.
    • Coordinate with Production Control personnel to resolve priority scheduling conflicts.
    • Maintain data integrity of MRP parameters for all components scheduled.
    • Increase the team development program within your scope of responsibility.
    • Support the ongoing culture change by providing support to bargaining unit and salaried employees.
    • Manage the Computer system to support the changes necessary to ship products
    • Improve the measurement systems of all employees and processes in your area of responsibility.
    • Support our ISO, Targets and lean manufacturing initiatives.
    • B.S. Degree or 15 years of related manufacturing experience.
    • Ability to productively motivate employees.
    • Experience with manufacturing processes.
