What You’ll Be Doing
As a key leader on our operations team, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track and teams aligned:
- Lead and oversee all field operations for residential HVAC installations
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and ensure a strong customer experience
- Serve as the connection point between Sales, Warehouse, and Installation teams
- Partner with the Division Manager on timelines, performance goals, and budgets
You’ll set the pace, remove obstacles, and make sure the team finishes strong.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in production or operations management (HVAC preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A results-driven mindset with attention to quality and customer satisfaction
- Someone who takes ownership and leads by example
