Lead Manufacturing Operations

Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective production activities. Develop and implement production schedules that align with customer demand and business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Manage, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and production personnel. Monitor manufacturing performance through analysis of operational metrics and production data. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, procedures, and company policies. Collaborate with engineering, sales, logistics, and other functional teams to optimize operational performance. Communicate production results, challenges, and improvement plans to senior leadership. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, profitability, and overall operational effectiveness.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, or an associate's degree combined with relevant industry experience. Approximately 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or production management role. Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong leadership and team development skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement operational improvements. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Eligibility to work in accordance with applicable export control regulations.
