Description
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective production activities.
- Develop and implement production schedules that align with customer demand and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and production personnel.
- Monitor manufacturing performance through analysis of operational metrics and production data.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, logistics, and other functional teams to optimize operational performance.
- Communicate production results, challenges, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, profitability, and overall operational effectiveness.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, or an Associate's degree combined with relevant industry experience.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or production management role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
