Production Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring product quality, managing resources, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency and meet production goals.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Hire, Train, mentor, and supervise production staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare regular reports on production activities, progress, and issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
