Production Manager

Precision Slate and Tile Roofing, Co is in search of a full-time Production Manager join our team in Columbus, OH!

• Pay: $65,000-$70,000/year, offer dependent on experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• 1st shift

The right Production Manager candidate will have:

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Roofing experience preferred
• Degree in Construction OR extensive experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Day in the Life of our Production Manager:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sale roofing production team
• Managing production schedules and ensuring timely project delivery
• Ensuring that quality control standards are met for all products of the job
• Coordinating with other departments such as sales and procurement
• Training and supervising production staff, maintaining safety protocols
• Continuously improving production processes for efficiency and cost-effective
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing material procurement
