An established textile and flag/banner manufacturing facility is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily assembly, sewing, and embroidery operations at our Dover, NJ facility. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of 20+ production staff while serving as the operational and quality expert for our customized flag and banner finishing processes.

What You'll Own

- Oversee daily assembly, sewing, and machine embroidery operations on the production floor.

- Direct, supervise, and mentor a production crew of 20+ direct reports.

- Act as the subject-matter expert on banner/flag assembly, finishing, and quality standards.

- Manage production planning, shop-floor scheduling, and material flows to prevent supply shortages.

- Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to identify, investigate, and quickly resolve any product quality issues.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of production leadership experience within the embroidery, textile, or cut-and-sew apparel industries.

- Fully Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with the production floor).

- Proven track record managing a manufacturing team of 20 or more direct reports.

- Solid experience with production planning, scheduling, and material flow tracking to avoid downtime.

- Strong, practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience specifically in banner, flag, or large-scale sewn-signage assembly and finishing.

- Familiarity with inventory tracking tools or production planning software systems.
