The Production Manager leads daily scheduling, personnel management, workflow optimization, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Description
• Lead daily production operations across multiple manufacturing areas
* Ensure on‑time delivery, product quality, and adherence to customer requirements
* Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and manage staffing levels
* Monitor performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
* Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and ISO requirements
* Support new product introduction (NPI) builds and production readiness
* Train, mentor, and develop production supervisors, leads, and operators
* Identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and optimize workflows
* Maintain strong floor presence to support daily operations and troubleshooting

Profile
A successful Production Manager should have:
• 5-10+ years of experience in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing
* Strong leadership experience managing production teams in a regulated or quality‑driven environment
* Knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, and system integration processes
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement tools
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high‑mix environment
* Experience supporting NPIs and manufacturing process stabilization
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
