Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management
7+ years production management experience
Proven lean manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise
Strong team leadership and development track record
ERP/MRP systems proficiency
ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant field
Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
Rubber manufacturing experience
IATF 16949 knowledge
