    Production Manager - Manufacturing Operations

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
    • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Manage performance metrics and implement corrective actions
    • Lead capital projects and equipment upgrades
    • Develop team capabilities and maintain quality standards

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management
    • 7+ years production management experience
    • Proven lean manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise
    • Strong team leadership and development track record
    • ERP/MRP systems proficiency
    • ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance knowledge

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in relevant field
    • Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
    • Rubber manufacturing experience
    • IATF 16949 knowledge
    • Advanced manufacturing technology expertise
