Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations to ensure timely and efficient output.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
• Supervise quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree prefered or experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and production management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
