Job Description
We are a fast-growing snack packing and distribution company seeking an organized, energetic, detail-oriented, and hardworking Production Manager to support and expand our operations.
Job Responsibilities
This role is critical to our daily operations. The Production Manager will:
- Keep container production streamlined and on schedule
- Print labels for various clients and brands
- Manage and delegate tasks across the production staff
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure everyone is working efficiently and hitting deadlines
- Manage the production timeline
- Manage inventory levels for prepacked products.
Every label we print and every container we pack ships out to real clients and brands who count on us. You'll be the person making sure that happens — on time, every time.

Qualifications
- Experience with Label View (label printing program)
- Familiarity with Data Max and Zebra label printers
- Quick learner, excellent multitasker, able to keep multiple projects moving efficiently
Spanish Speaking - 8 am to 5 pm in person
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role
